Although we specialize in boundary surveys, we are qualified and equipped to handle all basic land surveying tasks including subdivision design, construction layout, and mortgage loan inspections. We deliver the same quality service in these areas as we do in boundary surveys.
  1. Boundary Surveys
    Thorough records research. Diligent reconnaissance. Accurate field work. Precise computations. High quality plats. Informative reports. It's not just our business - it's our hobby!
  2. Mortgage Loan Inspections
    A mortgage loan inspection, or MLI, is not a complete survey. The purpose of an MLI is to provide information that a real estate lender or insurer may use to determine the insurability of the real estate and its improvements. It is NOT a boundary survey though often assumed to be. An MLI involves but a fraction of the effort required for a boundary survey and should not be relied upon for determination of property lines.
  3. Subdivision Design
    When subdividing land, many things must be considered including zoning laws, lot size and road frontage requirements, flood zone determination, wetland determination and mapping, and any number of local ordinances. Also there are permit application, review, and approval processes that vary from town to town. We are equipped, qualified, and ready to assist you with every phase of your project.
  4. Construction Layout
    If you are planning to build, you need to be sure you place your building within the required set-backs, and that it is laid out according to approved plans. Assuming you have had your boundaries surveyed, we can stake out your building(s) to meet those requirements.
